Cancellation Policy

Sessions are held via Zoom video call with Jayne. Once you make your booking you will receive an email containing your private Zoom link. Please join the Zoom call 5 minutes before your session is due to begin to allow or any technical issues/updates that may arise. Your session is only confirmed once accepted and you have received your Zoom link. Please ensure you provide the correct email address at checkout, as this is where your Zoom link and booking information will be sent. It is your responsibility to attend the session at the scheduled time with a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Oracle card readings are offered as guidance and insight and should be viewed as a supportive spiritual service. They do not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. Custom Ritual Work Consultations are not intended to replace medical or other professional advice. The ethics of ritual work, spell casting and intention setting will be discussed during your session.
